Televisions Nova and Sport Club got new directors who can now practically decide on the fate of those televisions and their employees

Televisions Nova and Sport Club, that is, their umbrella company United media production (UMPD), by the decision of the new management of the United Group, as of Wednesday they have three new directors, after they were enrolled in the APR Vladica Tintor, Gibber Shrojen and Tim Pennington were officially appointed to those positions.

New directors were appointed to head other entities within the United Group in Serbia, and with that, those two got new directors who can now practically decide on the fate of those televisions and their employees

As can be seen by looking at the APR, the aforementioned trio – Tintor, Šrojen and Pennington – are registered as legal representatives of the UMPD, in addition to Nemanja Simeunović, the former director of the company, writes the Nova portal.

The same procedure was carried out with the company Direct media Serbia, whose director Martina Sošić was joined by Tintor, Šrojen and Pennington.

Also, three new directors were added to United cloud, an IT company that is also part of the United group, and whose only legal representative until today was Srđan Đurđević.

With this procedure, the decision-making possibilities of the previous directors – Simeunović, Sošič and Đurđević – are limited by the decisions of the new three directors.

Who are the new directors?

And while not much is known about Pennington at the moment, Tintor and Shrojen came to the public’s attention after the removal of the former management of UG, led by Dragan Šolak.

Tintor assumed his position at United Group RS on August 20 of this year, when he tried to enter the company’s headquarters in New Belgrade, accompanied by the police.

A day later, he officially took over the position, after the dismissal of Bojana Mijailović, the previous director. Tintor, a former official of RATEL, arrived in the building accompanied by lawyers who work with the Serbian Telecom.

Shroyer was appointed shortly after Tintor, he was appointed as a legal representative with the right to make independent decisions, and Tintor was restricted, according to which Shroyer’s co-signature is necessary for transactions worth more than 50.000 euros.
