Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic lashed out at N1 TV on Thursday, claiming the station was lying and denying any attempt to interfere its editorial policies.
Speaking at a news conference with European Union Delegation chief Andreas von Beckerath, Vucic said he is not interfering in the editorial policies of United Media outlets, including N1.
He also denied reports that he is trying to take control of United Group media outlets. “I am not dealing with that in any way and you do not interest me at all … Every one of your fabrications benefits me,” he added.
Vucic also attacked United Group co-founder Dragan Solak calling him a notorious criminal. “I am calling him a criminal because I am used to telling the truth… He is a very dangerous man with all the money he has,” he said.
