The Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office announced that it will file lawsuits with the competent court as soon as possible in order to determine the journalistic and publishing responsibility of the portals Kurir.rs, Informer.rs and other media that, as they claim, published inaccurate information about the work of VJT against the law.
Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office announced that, through its legal representative, it will submit the appropriate documents as soon as possible lawsuits to the competent court to determine the journalistic and publishing responsibility of the portals Kurir.rs and Informer.rs, as well as all other media that “unlawfully published false information about the work of VJT”.
VJT specifies that the lawsuits refer primarily to the text published on the kurir.rs portal under the title “Dolovac deceived the public in Serbia? The Eurodžasta website does not confirm her Hague announcements”, as well as to those who transmitted that text or some of its parts, presenting them as true.
“The carelessness and ignorance in obtaining information of the journalists and editor-in-chief of the internet portal informer.rs, kurir.rs, as well as other media outlets that may have transmitted the above-mentioned false information, cannot be a justification for the extremely malicious and false dilemma, i.e. the information they put out for the purpose of intentionally misinforming the public in Serbia and the continuation of the negative and inciting campaign against the Supreme Public Prosecutor of Zagorka Dolovac and the Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Serbia,” the statement of the Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Serbia states. prosecutor’s office.
