Newspapers Alo and Informer continued to expand their network of local media by registering new portals through affiliated companies, ANEM announced. According to APR data, this is a continuation of intensive expansion, after nine local media outlets have already been taken over since the beginning of the year
Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) reported that the leaves of Alo i Inform continue to expand their network of local media, as during this week they registered four more media portals through their “daughter” companies.
According to the data of the Agency for Business Registers (APR), three new portals were established that are not yet operational – pribojtv.rs through the company Informativni centar Priboj, kolubaratv.rs through the company Miomedia from Mionica and macvatv.rs, through the company Infomačva from Šabac.
According to ANEM, all three companies are owned by the company Best Media Team, which is jointly owned by Alo and Informer, that is, by their publishers Alo Medija Sistem and Insider Team.
They recently bought the company TV-5 Užice, through which they have now officially registered the already existing portal of that television as a separate internet media – tv5.rs.
Alo Medija Sistem recently founded, according to data from APR, the company OWP info, under the business code “web portals”, where 15 percent of the ownership is held by Boško Milosavljević, and it is not known what he will do, claims ANEM.
Since the beginning of the year, Best Media Team has bought nine local media – namely Radio-television Golija from Ivanjica, TV Kikinda, TV 5 from Užice, TV Lav Plus, TV Priboj, portal valjevo5.rs, RTV Bačka Palanka, Lotel Plus from Loznica and Santos television from Zrenjanin.
That company was officially registered on December 24.
