The meeting was scheduled to elect a director, Chamber Assembly chief and other bodies.
The N1 crew was initially stopped by private security guards who said media were not being allowed to cover the session and that an audio recording would be made. The guards said they were told to register everyone and check passes.
The N1 crew was then told that they can record inside the venue before the session opens but would have to leave when it starts.
The crew was told to talk to the Chamber secretary but she did not appear.
