Journalist, producer, and anchor Milan Saric is returning to N1 TV. Saric was part of the founding team that launched the station in 2014. He spent seven years at the station before pursuing other opportunities in the media industry.
Reflecting on his return to N1, Saric said: “I am thrilled to be back at N1, a newsroom that was pivotal to my professional growth. It was only later in my career, while working in different environments, that I fully realized the value and depth of the knowledge I gained during my first seven years at this station. After a 13-month break, I am returning to the industry enriched by new experiences, coming back to the place I helped build from ground up.”
He added that he is eager to tackle new challenges and motivated to contribute to N1’s mission of pushing boundaries and setting the gold standard in news programming.
N1 News Director Branislav Sovljanski welcomed Saric back, recalling his role as one of the network’s original anchors when N1 launched simultaneously in Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2014.
“Over our years of collaboration, I saw his dedication to the job firsthand, and in the time since, he has become one of the top professionals and anchors in the region. I am delighted he accepted the invitation to return, and I look forward to our future cooperation and the professional challenges that lie ahead,” Sovljanski said.
