ANN: Change of N1 Legal Representative as Part of New Governance Framework

A change to N1’s legal representation has been registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency as part of the implementation of a unified corporate governance framework within Adria News Network (ANN).

Brent Sadler, Chief News Executive of ANN, and Wouter van Houwelingen, a senior corporate representative of Adria News Network, have been registered as legal representatives, replacing the previous single-signatory structure.

“The introduction of a unified governance framework across ANN includes administrative changes of this kind. These changes relate strictly to corporate governance, legal representation and financial oversight. They do not affect editorial structures, decision-making, workflows or reporting lines,” said Sadler.

Members of Adria News Network have already been registered as legal representatives across other entities within the group as part of the same governance alignment.

Established on 19 February within Adria News S.à r.l., ANN brings together 14 leading television, digital and print media outlets across the region. This change forms part of a broader effort to standardise governance structures across the network.
