The Judiciary Authorities’ Union condemned the pressure being exerted on N1 on Thursday.
A statement said that it supports that media outlet’s right to professional, free and independent reporting. It said that the defense of free media is of fundamental importance for the functioning of a democratic society and the protection of the public interest.
It expressed full support to the Nezavisnost Union at N1 and Forbes Serbia in their efforts to maintain the basic standards of journalistic ethics and the integrity of their editorial policies.
