Manja Grcic is no longer the director of her three companies after being appointed director of RTS

After being appointed as general director of RTS, Manja Grcic stopped performing the functions of director in the companies Minacord Media, Tačno and Majo Public.

 

Newly elected general director Radio and Television of Serbia (RTS) Manja Grcic she is no longer the director of Minacord Media, Tačno and Majo Public, according to the data of the Agency for Business Registers (APR).

 

According to current data in APR, Grcic is still listed as a co-owner of Minacord Media, i.e. the owner of 20 percent of the shares, while 80 percent is owned by Željko Joksimović. This company is the publisher of cable television K1, writes ANEM.

 

Let’s remind you, Manja Grcic was elected director of RTS on February 11, and until today she was a director in three other companies owned by her.

 

Indirectly, she is still a co-owner of Tačno, which owns the Tanjug agency and television. The owners of this company are Radiotelevision Pancevo 60 percent and Minacord Media 40 percent.

 

Manja Grcic also owns 50 percent of the marketing agency Majo Public, which she shares with Jovana Joksimović.

 

The new directors of these three companies are Jovana Joksimović at Tačno, Jasmina Bojović at Minacord Media and Jelica Lepori at Majo Public, and the changes in the ownership structure have not yet been officially registered.
