OSCE Media Freedom Representative Jan Braathu said on Friday that he had an important meeting at the N1 Serbia newsdesk.
“I had important discussions with N1 Serbia regarding the difficult situation for the safety of journalists and media freedom in Serbia,” he wrote in an X post.
Braathu headed the OSCE mission in Serbia before becoming the OSCE media freedom chief.
His visit comes after a number of recent incidents with journalists, including N1 reporters, at the daily protests across the country.
