N1 television’s European correspondent Nikola Radisic has been informed that Euronews refused to grant him access to the European Union (EU) Enlargement Summit it is hosting on November 4 in Brussels. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic is one of the scheduled speakers.

Radisic was informed that “due to an overwhelming number of registrations and limited on-site capacity” his in-person attendance could not be accommodated.

The response from the organizers, which our correspondent received, reads:

“Due to an overwhelming number of registrations and our limited on-site capacity, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate you in person at this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to future events.”

The Euronews-organized EU Enlargement Summit will take place on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in Brussels under the banner: “Will the Union expand and evolve, or risk stagnation?”

The event will bring together European officials, experts, and journalists to discuss enlargement prospects through 2030, the role of the Western Balkans and Eastern partners, and how deeper integration will impact European democracy, economy, and strategic autonomy.

The announced speakers include Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajic, and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama. EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos will deliver the keynote address, with European Council President Charles Michel and European Parliament Foreign Affairs Committee Chair David McAllister also scheduled to speak.
